The brief from Big Green Egg was to create a lifestyle-driven digital experience that would truly connect with their passionate community. The goal was to incorporate storytelling with user-focused features that inspire users at every stage, from first-time buyers to seasoned chefs. As lead designer, I introduced essential features including a Stockists to help users find nearby stores, an Events Calendar for demos and community events, and a personalised account dashboard to manage orders, register products, and receive accessory recommendations based on their Egg model.
The result is a user-friendly and engaging platform that captures the essence of the Big Green Egg lifestyle. It enhances the customer experience, making ownership even more rewarding. Engineered for performance, built to last, and designed to leave a lighter footprint on the planet.
The brief from SunGod was to enhance their digital experience by creating a platform that could elegantly manage a vast and complex product range without sacrificing clarity and usability. With over half a million possible product combinations, the challenge was designing an intuitive journey that encourages users to customise their ideal pair of glasses. We developed a flexible, modular design system inspired by SunGod's iconic lenses, combining bold gradients with clean, high-performance aesthetics. As the lead designer on the project, I focused on enhancing the design system and developing the customer journey for the new prescription flow. My goal was to transform a complex process into a smooth, guided experience that encourages product upgrades, ultimately increasing the average order value.
